Single Gantry Washes

The most common configuration on Irish forecourts. WashTec rollovers can deliver up to seven double passes; five is the industry norm in Ireland.

A typical top wash: two foam passes, two high-pressure passes, two brush passes, a wax application pass, a wax-buff pass and two drying passes. On busy sites we combine brush and high-pressure to save a pass and shorten the cycle.

• Wash cycle: around 9 minutes for a mid-size saloon; under 8 on city sites with cleaner cars
• Throughput: 6,000–18,000 washes a year

Dual / Juno Washes

Two gantries working in sequence — faster throughput in a standard 9-metre bay. Ideal for tight, busy sites that can't be extended.

• Throughput: 18,000–30,000 washes a year

Takt / Twin Stand-Alone

A primary washing gantry with wax-polishing, paired with a separate drying gantry on its own bay. Some Irish sites run two of these instead of a full conveyor.
